TowCam rock core samples may be taken along traverses. We will not do this over any areas where experiments are deployed or plan to be deployed.
TowCam rock cores would be done over exposed lava terrains.

TowCam operations, which involve traversing the seafloor at 5-7 m altitude, will be done away from areas where there are moorings or other obstacles in the water column.
